Metric Units
One item in my house that has metric units is my folder. I think my folder from school has metric because it has symmetry and is flexible. Another item in my house that has metric units is clothes. My clothes has metric units because in order to make clothes, you need to know the exact measurements of a specific size. A final item that has metric units are my belts. My belts are different sizes. Some of my belts are to hold my pants up so those are bigger in length then my other belts. My other belts are for my hips when i go to parties and i want to wear a dress with a belt around my waist.

These are all good examples of things you could measure with metric units, but they don't actually have metric units on them. Try to find something (like a can of soup usually has ounces AND grams on it!) that has them written!
